Fraternal Order Of Police in Washington State

WHO ? ~     The Washington State Lodge of the Fraternal Order of Police is the state level group of the national organization called the Grand Lodge with more than 2200 lodges and over 320,000 members.

 

WHAT ? ~    The Washington State Lodge of the Fraternal Order of Police is a fraternal organization promoting the positive aspects of law enforcement to police officers and the citizens of this state. Individual or group membership is offered.

 

WHERE ? ~     The Washington State Lodge of the Fraternal Order of Police has chartered local lodges in Bremerton (Evergreen Lodge #1), Kennewick (Tri Cities Lodge #7), Odessa  (Inland Empire Lodge #8), Walla Walla  (Blue Mountain Lodge #9) Yakima (Yakima Valley Lodge #10), Medical Lake (West Plains Lodge #11 Vancouver (Lower Columbia Lodge #12), Hoquim (Willapa  Bay Lodge #13), Ellensburgh (Whiskey Dick Ridge Lodge #14), Snohomish County (Puget Sound Lodge #15), Kalama (Mt. St. Helens Lodge #16), Wenatachee (North Central Lodge #17), Burlington (North Cascades Lodge #18), Olympia (Capital City Lodge #19) Spokane (Spokane Lodge #20), Enumclaw (Chinook Lodge #21), Kirkland (Lake Washington #22). Shelton (Olympic Mountain Lodge #23), Whatcom County (Matt Herzog Memorial Lodge #24), Quincy (Upper Columbia Basin Lodge #25) Centralia (Centerville Lodge #26), Tukwila (Green River Lodge #27), Federal Way (South Sound Memorial Lodge #28), (The Dam Lodge #29). Any fully commissioned officer, active or retired, is eligible for membership in the FOP.  UPDATE NEEDED

 

WHEN ? ~    The Washington State Lodge of the Fraternal Order of Police was chartered on July 31, 1996 in Kennewick.

 

WHY ? ~    The Washington State Lodge of the Fraternal Order of Police was formed to promote unity and fraternalism amongst police officers from all agencies (city, county, state and federal) and as way for law enforcement officers to help each other.
