Eighth Week of Session 2016
Mar 06, 2016
The legislature looks headed to get out on time on March 10th and start raising money for the fall elections.  In spite of the recent controversy around body cams and the use of deadly force we are doing quite well this session.  The LEOFF 2 bills appear headed for the floor in the house this week.  The house leadership plans on acting on the LEOFF bills this week.

Sixth week of Session
Feb 22, 2016
Session Info Wednesday the 17th at 5pm was bill cutoff.  If bills were not out of the house of origin by then they were dead unless they were tied to the state budget.  Many of the bills we are  monitoring fell victim to the cutoff.
